In the region of the gas outlet 14 there is a valve seat 5 which has a plurality of circular, concentric slits 8 which can be selectively closed and opened by the closing body 6 . The closing body 6 has a corresponding number of concentric rings 25 which are connected to one another by radial segments distributed around the circumference and which, for closing the valve, are pressed against the concentric slits 8 of the valve seat 5 and seal against said slits. .
