Abstract

The device adopts a beam splitter and ridge prisms to segment a light beam received by an optical system. The beam splitter splits the light beam into two beams of light with mutually orthogonal spaces. A horizontal detection unit and a vertical detection unit are used to detect the two beams of light respectively. The ridge prisms in the detection units divide an incident light beam into two beams of light which have opposite directions and are located at a same straight line. A focusing lens is used to converge the light and a silicon photoelectric diode is used to carry out light intensity detection. A computer carries out data processing on four paths of light intensity information detected by the horizontal detection unit and the vertical detection unit so as to acquire a center of a light spot to be detected.
