Abstract

The invention discloses a polishing machine capable of automatically rotating a workpiece. The machine comprises polishing wheels and a chain type conveying mechanism, wherein the chain type conveying mechanism comprises transmission chains, a plurality of transmission plates which are fixed on the transmission chains, chain cover plates which are located beside the transmission plates, rotary devices and locking devices mounted on the transmission plates, and a rotation driving device mounted on one chain cover plate; and the plurality of transmission plates are longitudinally fixed at certain intervals on the transmission chains. In actual operation, a workpiece is conveyed to the polishing wheels through the transmission chains and then is polished through the rotating polishing wheels; the locking devices are unlocked through the rotation driving device, and the rotary devices are driven to act by the rotation driving device so as to enable the workpiece to rotate by a preset angle; the workpiece which is rotated by the preset angle is polished through the polishing wheels.
