A chain is engaged with the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The lower half part of the chain makes contact with the supporting track. The upper half part makes contact with a chain towing track. Each elastic piece is connected with one link of the chain through a chain sheet connector, and the elastic pieces are arranged at equal intervals. The multiple elastic pieces are adopted for bearing load jointly, each elastic piece is deformed after making contact with soil and makes fully contact with the soil after being deformed, bearing capacity is distributed on all bearing points, stress on each bearing point is small, and settlement is small; and the influence on the flatness of a water field is reduced, the deformed parts, making contact with the soil, of the elastic pieces generate tangential relative speed when the elastic pieces leave the soil, and desliming is facilitated.
