Abstract

The invention discloses an application of silkworm excrement in an aspect of serving as a vector of microbial bacteria, in particular an application of the silkworm excrement in preparing a pesticide-degrading bacterium preparation, and also provides the pesticide-degrading bacterium preparation as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The pesticide-degrading bacterium preparation consists of the following components: (1) a strain having a pesticide-degrading strain; and (2) a microbial preparation vector, namely the silkworm excrement. The pesticide-degrading bacterium preparation provided by the invention uses the silkworm excrement as the microbial preparation vector, so that a stable vector is provided for microorganisms in the preparation; and the vector is capable of guaranteeing the persistent effect of the preparation, and is capable of greatly improving the utilization rate of silk industrial waste and reducing production cost. The pesticide-degrading bacterium preparation disclosed by the invention is simple to use and operate and good in degrading effect, and the preparation has good values of popularization and applications.
