Abstract

The invention relates to an electronically controlled double-adjustable feed clamping device which comprises a base, a support seat and a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises a box, a support frame and a delivery mechanism. The box is fixed to the base and provided with a top face capable of being lifted. The support seat is fixed to the top face. Both the support frame and the delivery mechanism are arranged inside the box. The support frame is fixed to the bottom of the top face. The whole delivery mechanism is mounted on the support frame and comprises two parallel racks, two rotating wheels engaged with the two racks correspondingly and two motors used for driving the two rotating wheels to synchronously rotate in the mutually reversed directions. The support seat is positioned above the top face through bolts. The bolts are rotated to adjust the distance between the support seat and the base. The support seat comprises a clamping plate, a support beam and two limiting posts, wherein the support beam is used for supporting a plurality of workpieces to be positioned, and the two limiting posts are fixed to the opposite two ends of the support beam. The clamping plate is locked to the support beam through a plurality of bolts with the tops being butterfly-shaped operating parts, and used for clamping the workpieces to be positioned to the support beam.
