Abstract

The carp DNA vaccine vector of the invention includes a eukaryotic expression vector and an apoptotic gene of the above carp gene in the eukaryotic expression vector. The inductive apoptotic gene is constructed based on carp MT promoter and caspase-8, and after being inserted to pEGFP-N1 vector to construct 'suicide' DNA vaccine vector, the apoptotic gene may respond to the induction of the conditions such as metal ions (e.g., Zn2+) to express apoptosis of caspase-8 induced transfection cells and may apply to the preparation of carp DNA vaccines to further improve safety of DNA vaccines.
