The supporting base is provided with the GIL shell, an insulating supporting member and a particle adsorber. The insulating supporting member and the particle adsorber are arranged in the GIL shell. The insulating supporting member penetrates through the particle adsorber. The insulating supporting member and the insulating base are connected in a threaded way. An enclosed equipotential area is formed by the back surface of the particle adsorber and the supporting base. The top part of the supporting base is provided with a gasket. The top part of the gasket is provided with a tubular conductive rod which is internally provided with a conductive rod fixing backing plate. The dedicated compression bolt penetrates through the conductive rod fixing backing plate, the tubular conductive rod and the gasket to enter into the insulating supporting member.
