The invention also discloses an LED intelligent lighting method applied to the adaptive light modulation based LED intelligent lighting system, which comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining an analog voltage signal; 2) obtaining the lighting intensity in a scene; 3) transmitting information to the embedded type system control module; 4) taking corresponding actions by the MCU controller module; 5) making control demands; 6) sending no control demands by the embedded type system control module if no human activities are detected in the scene; and 7) controlling the LED driving circuit to output current.
