The voltage regulating unit comprises an input end, a control signal end and an output end. The input voltage enters the voltage regulating unit from the input end. The control signal end is connected with the control end of the processing unit through the control unit. The input end and the output end are connected with the feedback end of the processing unit. The processing unit keeps output voltage of the voltage regulating unit in a preset voltage range through the control unit.
