The liquid prickly heat dew comprises a phase A, a phase B and a phase C, wherein the phase A is prepared from 1.00 to 6.00 percent of emulsifier ceteareth-6 olivate 0080, 0.03 to 2.00 percent of cetostearyl alcohol C16-18, 0.50 to 3.00 percent of monoglyceride, 3.00 to 8.00 percent of sunflower seed oil, 1.00 to 7.00 percent of isohexadecane IP16, 1.00 to 5.00 percent of nano ZnO with a particle size smaller than 40nm, 0.08 to 4.00 percent of polydimethylsiloxane DC200 silicone oil, 0.06 to 0.30 percent of borneol, and 0.10 to 0.80 percent of mint; the phase B is prepared from 55 to 70 percent of water, 0.10 to 0.60 percent of xanthan gum, 2.00 to 10.00 percent of 1,3-butanediol, 0.02 to 0.07 percent of EDTA-2Na, 7.00 to 12.00 percent of Chinese herbs, and 2.00 to 5.00 percent of flos daturae and arabian jasmine flower root extract liquid; and the phase C is prepared from 0.15 to 0.80 percent of phenoxyethanol PHG and 0.30 to 1.00 percent of herba portulacae extract liquid.
