Abstract

The invention provides an endophytic fungus-Demodex yellow Y28 with biocontrol effect, which is isolated from a pear tree variety with high resistance to rot, and the preservation number of the strain Y28 is CGMCC No.11918. The invention also provides the application of Demodex chrysogenum Y28 in preventing and treating fruit tree rot. The test showed that the antibacterial rate of strain Y28 reached 70.50% in the in vitro confrontation bacteriostasis test, and 55.54% in the in vitro rescreening test of annual branches.
