The method comprises the following steps that 1, a current environment of a multi-Agent system is described through a multi-Agent field description language; 2, a to-be-solved problem input by a user is received and described; 3, an optimal scheme for solving the to-be-solved problem is planned; 4, all Agents in the multi-Agent system sequentially complete actions allocated to the Agents respectively according to the optimal scheme until all the actions are completed, and the to-be-solved problem is solved; 5, when it is determined that the current action cannot be completed, the current environment is sensed again and redescribed, and then the step 3 is conducted. The method has the advantages that when the Agents cannot continue to execute the actions due to changes of the current environment of the multi-Agent system, the Agents can be replanned to ensure accomplishment of the tasks.
