A novel aluminium cross-linking agent for a low-carbon hydrocarbon waterless fracturing fluid, a preparing method thereof and applications of the cross-linking agent are provided. The aluminium cross-linking agent comprises 20-27 parts by mass of a main agent, 3-7 parts by mass of a cross-linking accelerant and 45-60 parts by mass of water. The preparing method includes adding the water of a certain ratio into a reaction container, adding the main agent, reacting under fully stirring, adding the cross-linking accelerant and reacting under stirring for 15 min. The cross-linking agent is high in crosslinking speed with a gelatinizing agent, stable in gel formation, simple and convenient to prepare and low in cost, and a fracturing fluid system has high resistance to temperatures and shearing and good effects on unconventional high-temperature reservoir stratum fracturing.
