The system comprises an interface transparent transmission module, an interface conversion module, a QMI (Qualcomm Modem Interface) message encapsulation module. The interface transparent transmission module is arranged in an Android frame layer, is used for realizing an interface transparent transmission function and transmits a function request of an application layer to a Java language and C language conversion layer. The interface conversion module transmits the request of the Android frame layer to a first AP and Modem communication layer. The QMI message encapsulation module analyzes a socket message body of the Java language and C language conversion layer, encapsulates a QMI message and sends the message to a Modem side. A QMI message analysis module is arranged in a second AP and Modem communication layer of the Modem side.
