The invention relates to a metal cutting machine tool which is provided with at least one motor main shaft (2) repsectively driving a cutter rotationally and is provided with a workbench (3). A workpiece directly or indirectly is clamped besides or on the workbench through a pallet (40) supporting the workpiece during cutting machining. For transporting or sending back the workpiece or the pallet from a preparing workbench (10), a slide rail or a roller rail is arranged on the surface of the workbench. The workpiece or the pallet, for transportation, are arranged flatly on the slide rail or the roller rail, or that, the pallet is provided with slide channels or slide wheels on the bottom. The motor main shaft is movably positioned through a linear driving apparatus in the first motor main shaft at least along the axis (Z) of the first straight line. The linear driving apparatus in the first motor main shaft also is used for transporting or sending pack the workpiece from the preparing workbench. The invention also relates to a method for moving the workpiece from the preparing workbench to the workbench in the metal cutting machine tool; and also a system including hte metal cutting machine tool.
