The invention provides a clamp for measuring permeability anisotropy of a full-diameter core, comprising a rubber sleeve, a rubber sleeve fixture, a rubber sleeve end plug, and a metal conduit, wherein the rubber sleeve end plug includes an upper end plug and a lower end plug, a seal ring is embedded to the outside of each of the upper end plug and lower end plug, the upper end plug is embedded to the upper end of the rubber sleeve, the lower end plug is embedded to the lower end of the rubber sleeve, the upper end plug and the lower end plug are of hollow structure and are connected with the metal conduit, the rubber sleeve fixture includes a rubber sleeve pull rod and a rubber sleeve fixing plate, the rubber sleeve is fixed to the rubber sleeve fixing plate, the inner wall of the rubber sleeve is peripherally and evenly provided with four cambered rigid mesh plates, and the rigid mesh plates are embedded in and pasted in the rubber sleeve through AB adhesive.
