Abstract

Disclosed is a telescopic gage disc cutter box. The cutter box can meet the large-diameter expanding excavation requirements of a TBM cutter head to deal with engineering geology with large buried depths and high rock convergence. The telescopic gage disc cutter box comprises the disc cutter (3), an inner cutter box (1), an outer cutter box (2) and a C-shaped block (4). A bolt hole is designed between the inner cutter box (1) and the outer cutter box (2). The inner and outer cutter boxes (1, 2) are connected by using a third bolt (12). A wedge-shaped block (5) and the C-shaped block (4) are mounted in the inner cutter box (1), and the two are used for fixing a disc cutter shaft; the wedge-shaped block (5) is connected to a tensioning block (6) via a first bolt (9), and the tensioning block (6) is mounted at a lower part of the outer cutter box (2); and the C-shaped block (4) is connected to the inner and outer cutter boxes (1, 2) through second bolts (13). By means of the relative movement of the inner cutter box and the outer cutter box, combined with the height increase of the C-shaped block, the cutter box realizes the large-diameter expanding excavation of the cutter head.
