Abstract

An automatic dispatching system for assemblies comprises an editing module configured to edit an assembly process, a standard value setting module configured to set a standard value for an executing result achieved via operation of the assembly process, an executing module configured to execute the assembly process, an executing result comparing module configured to compare the executing result and the standard value achieved via operation of the assembly process to determine whether an offset exists between the executing result and the standard value, and an offset correcting module configured to generate an offset correction process correcting the offset. When the offset is determined by the executing result compare module to exist between the executing result and the standard value, the offset correcting module generates the offset correcting process and the offset correcting process is executed, so the executing result compare module can further compare whether an offset exists between the executing result and the standard value; and when the offset is determined not to exist between the executing result and the standard value, the assembly automatic dispatching process is finished.
