Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining a sharing time window of an accessory parking space of a public building based on actual measurement data. The method comprises the steps: firstly collecting the actual measurement data, and carrying out the parking demand prediction through employing a time sequence method; secondly determining the maximum demand peak value according to a prediction result; thirdly determining the minimum number of parking spaces, so as to determine a nonenforceable sharing time period which does not meet the requirements of the minimum number of parking spaces; and finally determining the sharing time window of parking spaces according to the minimum sharing time duration. The method provided by the invention does not affect the parking demands of the public building on the basis of historical actual measurement data, and can provides references for the design of a public building parking space sharing scheme.
