The feeding mechanism comprises an obliquely-arranged protection plate and a plurality of sets of hanging plates, wherein the bottom of the protection plate stretches out of the storage bin; the upper edge of the protection plate is obliquely attached to the side edge of the horizontal conveying belt; and the multiple sets of hanging plates are obliquely attached to the protection plate, used for hanging the conical food and horizontally arranged at intervals, and the two ends of each hanging plate slide upwards under driving of two sets of loop chains, so that the conical food on the hanging plates is conveniently hung to slide upwards. The protection plate is further provided with a plurality of sets of oblique rods arranged at intervals.
