Abstract

The invention provides a processing method and apparatus for tr069 protocol information. An operating state of an auto config server (ACS) is detected, wherein the operating state is used for indicating a connecting state of the ACS and a CPE; when the operating state is detected to be an off-line state, a processing course is established and session connection between the processing course and the CPE is established, wherein the processing course is used for responding to information sent to the ACS by the CPE based on a tr069 protocol. Therefore, a problem of ACS down time due to a message storm can be solved and thus centralized reporting caused by information accumulation can be avoided, thereby avoiding an impact on the ACS. Under the circumstance that the current hardware cost is not increased, the message storm is resisted, thereby improving the user experience.
