The mask filter element comprises a filter element body which is a molded part obtained through hot-melting or ultrasonically laminating multiple layers of filter materials, a sealing ring which is arranged on the inner surface of the filter element body and provided with an opening, a first sealing gasket which is arranged at the top of the sealing ring and is arranged in a projecting manner, and a second sealing gasket which is arranged at the bottom of the sealing ring and is arranged in a projecting manner.
