The mask filter element comprises a filter element body which is a molded part obtained through hot-melting or ultrasonically laminating multiple layers of filter materials, a sealing ring which is arranged on the inner surface of the filter element body and provided with an opening, a first sealing gasket which is arranged at the top of the sealing ring and is arranged in a projecting manner, and a second sealing gasket which is arranged at the bottom of the sealing ring and is arranged in a projecting manner. The mask filter element provided by the invention can form a closed breathing space with the face of a user, maximally isolates the entry of external particles, ensures the professional protective effect of the mask filter element, and can also adaptively fit faces in different sizes.
