The mold plate is provided with multiple through holes for limiting springs to the length smaller than the length of grooves of the springs mounted on the gears from the natural length. The through holes correspond to the grooves in position. Compression blocks used for penetrating the through holes are movably connected to the upper portion of the positioning shaft. The compression blocks move in the vertical direction of the positioning shaft. The compression blocks penetrate the through holes downward to compress the springs so that the length of the springs can be smaller than the length of the grooves in the gears. The through holes are aligned with the grooves in the gears. The compression blocks further move to compress the springs into the grooves in the gears.
