Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of tetracycline HCl convenient for seed tank cleaning. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a fermentation broth: inoculating a spore medium with streptomyces aureus spores and conducting cultivation for 5 days, then transferring the prepared spores to a seed tank and cultivating the spores, and after conducting cultivation in the seed tank, conducting fermentation cultivation; 2) acidifying the fermentation broth; 3) preparing tetracycline coarse alkali: adding calcium chloride to the fermentation broth and conducting precipitation so as to obtain a calcium salt precipitate, and regulating the pH value of the calcium salt precipitate to 4.6-4.8; 4) preparing a finished tetracycline alkali product; 5) preparing the tetracycline hydrochloride: adding the finished tetracycline alkali product to a butanol solution, adding hydrochloric acid and conducting filtration, and conducting heating crystallization so as to obtain the tetracycline hydrochloride; and 6) preparing the tetracycline HCl: processing the tetracycline hydrochloride by virtue of carbonate so as to obtain the tetracycline HCl.
