The measuring device mainly comprises capacitance probes, a liquid phase electrode, a fixing ring, a capacitance measurement module and a signal acquisition computer; and the plurality of capacitance probes are radially distributed on the cross-section of a pipeline through the fixing ring, so that accurate measurement of liquid film distribution at different locations of the cross-section of the pipeline can be realized. Compared with an existing measuring device, the capacitive gas-liquid two-phase separation flow liquid film distribution measuring device of the invention can eliminate liquid film thickness identification error when liquid phases exist at two sides of each conventional capacitance probe, is simple in probe layout, is not affected by temperature and the salt content of a medium, small in flow interference, low in manufacture cost, high in measurement accuracy, and has a broad application prospect in the two-phase flow measurement field.
