Abstract

The mobile terminal comprises a foldable flexible screen which comprises a first split screen and a second split screen. The first split screen is equipped with a camera. The method comprises the steps of detecting whether the foldable flexible screen is in a folding state or not; if the foldable flexible screen is in the folding state, carrying out human face identification through the camera; if the camera identifies a human face, controlling the first split screen to display; and keeping the second split screen in a dark screen state; and if the camera does not identify the human face, controlling the second split screen to display and keeping the first split screen in the dark screen state. Through application of the embodiment of the method and the terminal, when the foldable flexible screen is in the folding state, the first split screen and the second split screen are controlled to display according to a human face identification result, in this way, a display effect is closer to a habit of a user, and the user experience is improved.
