[0025] A preparation and application of a microbial preparation for Penaeus vannamei for feeding, comprising the following steps:

Abstract

The invention relates to a microbial preparation applied in feeding of whiteleg shrimp, and a preparation method and applications thereof. The microbial preparation is prepared from, by mass, 30 to 40 parts of bacillus subtilis, 20 to 30% of bacillus megatherium, 30 to 35 parts of saccharomycetes, and 850 to 950 parts of a carrier. The preparation method comprises following steps: 1, bacterial strains are prepared; 2, bacillus subtilis, bacillus coagulans, and saccharomycetes obtained in the former step are cultured independently so as to obtain bacteria solutions; 3, the obtained bacteria solutions are mixed at the mass ratio so as to obtain a mixed bacteria solution, the mixed bacteria solution is mixed with the carrier, and is subjected to drying, smashing, and sieving so as to obtain the microbial preparation. The microbial preparation can be directly taken as a feed of whiteleg shrimp for feeding, is capable of improving the intestine microenvironment of whiteleg shrimp obviously, improving immunityof whiteleg shrimp, and improving the meat of cultured animals.
