Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples;

[0018] In the light source automatic control device of the present invention, the image acquisition device is an 8-bit dimension CCD camera of the MV-EM120M model, the lighting device is a Philips LED panel light, the light source controller is an Optic light source controller of the DPA1024E-4 model, and a computer LabVIEW software needs to be installed on the computer for image processing.

[0019] Use the image collected by the CCD camera, use the pixel histogram displayed by LabVIEW, and judge the result of the illumination intensity according to the pixel distribution. Use LabVIEW to read the path of storing images collected by the CCD camera in the computer, and display the read images on the front panel. Obtain the pixel intensity of each point in the image, and express the pixel distribution of the entire image intuitively through the histogram. The abscissa is the pi...

Abstract

The invention relates to an adaptive control method of a light source based on judged image pixel intensity, which is realized by adopting LabVIEW software. The method comprises the following steps: setting the light source at any intensity to illuminate a particular scene by a light source controller; correctly configuring a CCD camera on a computer to adjust the focal length and aperture of the camera; acquiring a pixel histogram of an image, and obtaining a pixel mean value; adding a brightness adjusting knob to control an adjusting knob of the light source controller in a simulation way; setting a threshold judgment interval according to the pixel mean value in the histogram, taking the interval as a judgment standard, and when the pixel mean value is greater than the threshold interval, then judging that the lighting is too strong, otherwise, judging that the lighting is deficient; and according to a judgment result, adopting a corresponding operation to adjust the illumination intensity of the light source by an output end.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an automatic light source control method based on judging image pixel intensity, belonging to the field of adaptive optics; Background technique [0002] Machine vision is playing an increasingly important role in quality inspection, process control, and 3D reconstruction. The key to machine vision is to analyze and process the acquired images accordingly, so the quality of the image directly determines the effectiveness of machine vision, and the quality of the acquired image depends on the image acquisition equipment and lighting equipment. [0003] However, in most cases, the intensity of lighting equipment is controlled by manual adjustment, which is not suitable for automation and intelligence in actual production, and has strong human subjectivity, which is not conducive to image acquisition and subsequent image processing. Especially in the environment of industrial production, it is impractical to manually adjust the ...
