Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method for accessing UE (User Equipment) to a core network EPC (Evolved Packet Core) in an LTE (Long Term Evolvement) system. The method comprises the steps that a mobility management entity (MME) receives a non access stratum (NAS) service request message sent by the UE and performs integrity protection check on the message; the MME performs authentication on the UE when the integrity protection check fails; the MME sends a security context establishment request to a base station ENB (Evolved NodeB) after the UE passes authentication; the MME sends a bearer modification request to a serving gateway (SGW) when a security context establishment response returned by the base station ENB in allusion to the security context establishment request is received; the MME receives a bearer modification response returned by the SGW after bearer modification; and the UE accesses to the core network EPC according to the bearer modification response. According to the invention, the UE is enabled to access to the network again through a mode of re-establishing a context between the UE which fails in integrity protection and sends the NAS service request and the MME.
