Abstract

The invention discloses applications of lncRNA-MIR3945HG V2 in diagnosis of mycobacterium tuberculosis negative pulmonary tuberculosi. The result shows that after MTB is infected with macrophages, the expression of MIR3945HG V2 is up-regulated; the detection result for PBMC of 30 cases of patients suffering from mycobacterium tuberculosis negative pulmonary tuberculosis shows that the expression level of MIR3945HG V2 is obviously higher than that of healthy volunteers; the analysis result for the receiver operating characteristic curve shows that MIR3945HG V2 is expected to become the novel target for diagnosing the mycobacterium tuberculosis negative pulmonary tuberculosis. By detecting the expression level of lncRNA-MIR3945HG V2, the not infected people can be effectively distinguished from the patients suffering from mycobacterium tuberculosis negative pulmonary tuberculosis.
