The electrolyte comprises an electrolyte salt, a non-aqueous organic solvent and additives, wherein the additives are phosphate ester, phosphonitrile and fluorinated ethylene carbonate; the fluorinated ethylene carbonate has relatively good chemical stability and physical stability and relatively high flashing and dielectric constants, and is capable of relatively well dissolving an electrolyte lithium salt to mix with the organic solvent when added to the electrolyte as one additive; the electrolyte salt is lithium hexafluorophosphate; and the non-aqueous organic solvent is dimethyl carbonate, 15-crown (ether)-5 and whole amine cryptand. The electrolyte disclosed by the invention to the lithium-ion battery, so that the cycle performance of the lithium-ion battery at a high temperature is improved and the electrolyte has relatively good fire resistance and security.
