preparation Embodiment 1

[0068] Preparation Example 1: Methylammonium iodide-d 5 preparation of

[0069] methylamine-d 5 Gas was injected and filled into a 2L vacuum flask. The flask was held for about 15 minutes until the gas condensed at -78°C (dry ice and acetone bath) to give a liquid. In the flask, inject 5 g of methanol-d via syringe 4 and stirred for 30 minutes. Then, the temperature was raised to 0°C. Hydroiodic acid (HI, 57% by weight) (22.66 mL, 0.17 mol) was injected, followed by stirring for 1.5 hours. Solvent was removed by rotary evaporator, washed with diethyl ether, filtered and dried in vacuo to prepare methylammonium iodide-d 5 (10.98 g, 80.4%).

preparation Embodiment 2

[0072] Preparation Example 2: Methylammonium Bromide-d 5 preparation of

[0073] Prepare methylammonium bromide-d in the same manner as Preparation Example 1 5 , except that hydrobromic acid (HBr, 48 wt%) was used instead of hydroiodic acid (HI, 57 wt%).

preparation Embodiment 3

[0076] Preparation Example 3: Methylammonium Chloride-d 5 preparation of

[0077] Prepare methylammonium chloride-d in the same manner as Preparation Example 1 5 , except that hydrochloric acid (HCl, 37% by weight) was used instead of hydroiodic acid (HI, 57% by weight).

[0078] 2 H NMR (rotation speed = 18kHz) (600MHz, ppm): 1.2(3, s) 5.4(2, s)

[0079] 1 H NMR (D 2 O(700MHz),ppm): 4.31(1,s)
