Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for measuring and reporting receiving signals intensity indication in the authorization auxiliary access, and a method and device for using RSSI in the authorization auxiliary access. The method for measuring and reporting RSSI in the authorization auxiliary access comprises: determining whether the indication of the channel occupation state is received from a base station or not; measuring the RSSI; and reporting the measured RSSI to the base station. The RSSI measurement and report mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention can keep low signaling cost.

Description

Technical field [0001] The embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication technology, and more specifically, to a method and apparatus for measuring and reporting received signal strength indication (RSSI) in Authorized Assisted Access (LAA) and for using RSSI in LAA Method and device. Background technique [0002] The long-term evolution LTE of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project 3GPP, which is conventionally deployed in licensed spectrum, is facing a huge increase in data traffic. Even though LTE can efficiently use spectrum, the spectrum licensed for LTE is very limited and is exclusively reserved. Therefore, LTE is being considered for deployment in unlicensed spectrum below 6 GHz, which will become LTE-LAA (hereinafter referred to as LAA) for unlicensed spectrum deployment. [0003] The technical report TR 36.889-101 on LAA stipulates that for the purpose of detecting hidden nodes in channel selection, it is considered useful for user equ...
