Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1 The effect of fertilization method on the number of lateral buds germination and the growth of mother plant

[0027] In February 2015, select six succulent plants of the Crassulaceae family including Rainbow Jade, Joy Starlock, Ji Oyue, Baili, Green Star Beauty, and Yanrihui, which have the same growth, strong growth and no pests and diseases, which are more than two years old. Experiment with potted seedlings.

[0028] The test site of this example is the film greenhouse of Wuhu Base, Institute of Forestry and Fruit Research, Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The Wuhu base is located at 30°48' north latitude and 114°91' east longitude, with an average annual precipitation of 1000-1200mm and an average annual sunshine hours 1540-2180h, the annual average temperature is 15.6℃, the annual frost-free period is 255 days, and it belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate. The seedbed in the experimental greenhouse is north-south, with a height of 1m above the gro...

Embodiment 2

[0043] Example 2 The synergistic effect of fertilization, leaf picking and spraying 6-BA on the germination number of lateral buds and the growth of mother plant

[0044] In February 2015, we selected six succulents including Rainbow Jade, Joy Starlock, Ji Ozuki, Baili, Qingxingmeiren, Yanrihui, which are more than two years old and have consistent growth, strong growth and no pests and diseases. Set up test group 1, test group 2, test group 3, test group 4 and blank group. Each group has 30 pots. The flower pots are plastic square cups with a side length of 8 cm and the cup height is 12 cm. The substrate is yellow sand and peat soil. :1 mixed substrate (the mass of pot soil is about 0.2kg), test group 1 is fertilized according to the method of test group 1 in Example 1, and after 4 weeks, 60% to 70% of the leaves of the stem of the plant are removed from the bottom up ; Test group 2 does not fertilize but picks leaves; test group 3 does not fertilize but picks leaves; test group...

Embodiment 3

[0061] Example 3 Effect of 6-BA Concentration on Germination of Lateral Bud and Growth of Mother Plant

[0062] In February 2014, six species of Crassulaceae, including Rainbow Jade, Joy Starlock, Ji Ozuki, Baili, Blue Star Beauty, and Yanrihui, were selected for the same growth, robust growth and disease-free pests. Potted seedlings of succulents were set up in test groups 1-7 and blank groups, each with 30 pots, and all were fertilized and leaf-picked according to the method of test group 1 in Example 1.

[0063] Spray 6-BA solution on the bare stems of the test group with a sprayer. The concentrations of test groups 1-7 are 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 mg / L, respectively. The blank group is sprayed with distilled water, spraying 1 There are 5 sprays in total, and the spraying amount for each stem is about 5mL each time. At 2 months and 6 months from the end of the first spraying, the growth of the mother plants of 6 potted seedlings and the number of side buds germinated ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting lateral bud germination of crassulaceae succulent plants. The method comprises the following steps that (1) two years or above crassulaceae succulent plant potted seedlings which are robust in growth and free of diseases and pests are selected, granular organic fertilizers are applied to the surfaces of substrates at February, the application amount of the granular organic fertilizers is 0.2-0.35 kg/m<2> according to the bottom areas of flowerpots, and the potted seedlings are watered thoroughly after fertilization; and (2) after 4 weeks, 60%-70% of leaves at the stems of the plants are removed from bottom to top, 6-BA solutions with the concentration being 800-1200 mg/L are sprayed to the bare stems with a sprayer, the solutions are sprayed once a week and totally sprayed for 4-6 times, the spraying amount of each stem each time is 4-6 mL, and thus the purpose of promoting germination of lateral buds on the stems of the crassulaceae succulent plants is achieved. According to the method for promoting lateral bud germination of the crassulaceae succulent plants, the germination number of the lateral buds on the stems of the plants can be increased to several times of that of blank groups through fertilization, leaf removing, 6-BA solution spraying and other measures.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, and relates to a plant lateral bud germination technology, in particular to a method for the lateral bud germination of a succulent plant of the Crassulaceae family. Background technique [0002] Succulents are also called succulents and succulents. They are sometimes called succulents in horticulture. They mainly refer to a certain part of plant vegetative organs, such as stems, leaves or roots (a few species have two parts) with developed parenchyma. A type of plant that stores water and nutrients and appears plump and succulent in appearance (Brown R D., "Estimating radiation received by adperson under different species of shade trees", "Journal of Aboriculture", 1990, 16(6): 158-161 ; Tang Wenxiu et al., "Experimental Research on Introduction and Cultivation of Succulents in Guilin Botanical Garden", "Northern Horticulture", 2009(1): 189-192). Commonly cultivated succulents include Cras...
