Abstract

The present invention provides a feed for producing pork containing DHA and a use method thereof. The feed comprises corns, soybean meal, wheat bran, lysine, methionine, stone powder, calcium formate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, edible salt, a premix for pigs, and schizochytrium limacinum powder or chlorella powder. The method aims at applying alga to develop the feed for producing the pork enriched in DHA. The DHA in the alga is not subjected to a food chain transmission and the feed does not contain heavy metals, is safe, pollution-free, high in content and free of fish smell, replaces fish oil, and solves the problems in the prior art. Besides, after feeding, the DHA content in the fat of longissimus dorsi of the produced pork is 40% or more higher than that of common pork, the content of the DHA is higher than the content of EPA, and a ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is lower than 2.8. At the same time, after feeding, the degree of oxidation of the produced pork is not significantly different from that of the common pork. The optimized feeding method effectively improves the fatty acid composition of the pork and the produced pork is of great significance to the fatty acid balance of human body.
