Abstract

The invention relates to a napkin production method adopting water-based ink printing. The napkin production method comprises the following steps: 1) prefabricating a flexible paper roll with needed width through a cutting and unwinding device; 2) prefabricating water-based ink, and adding the prefabricated water-based ink in an ink box of a printer; 3) mounting the flexible paper roll on a conveying mechanism arranged on the rear side of the printer to enable the flexible paper roll to be printed through the printer, and drying flexible paper subjected to printing through a dryer; 4) folding the flexible paper subjected to drying in half through an edge folding device in the width direction; and 5) folding and cutting the folded flexible paper through a folding and cutting device to form a napkin. The napkin production method is convenient and rapid to produce the napkin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing napkins printed with water-based ink. Background technique [0002] Napkins are sanitary products that people have close contact with and use frequently in their daily lives. The existing production equipment for water-based ink napkins is usually more complicated, and the work efficiency is low in the production process, so integrated production cannot be realized. For this reason, need a kind of napkin production method that adopts water-based ink printing. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing napkins printed with water-based ink, which is convenient and fast for producing napkins. [0004] The technical scheme of the present invention is: a kind of napkin production method that adopts water-based ink printing, comprises the following steps: [0005] 1) Prefabricate flexible paper rolls of required width by cutting and unrollin...
