The system comprises a sensing unit, a detecting circuit unit and a processing circuit unit; the sensing unit comprises flexible MRE sensing layer with voltage sensibility and temperature sensibility, an upper electrode layer arranged on the upper surface of the flexible MRE sensing layer, and a lower electrode layer arranged on the lower surface of the flexible MRE sensing layer; the detecting circuit unit comprises a ranks strobe circuit, a resistance detecting circuit for detecting resistance and a capacitance detecting circuit for detecting capacitance, and the resistance detecting circuit and the capacitance detecting circuit are connected to the ranks strobe circuit respectively; the processing circuit unit comprises a MCU, a signal input terminal of the MCU is connected with signal output terminals of the resistance detecting circuit and the capacitance detecting circuit, and a signal output terminal of the MCU is connected with signal input terminal of the ranks strobe circuit.
