The supporting lugs are fixed at the bottom of the rear end of the decoration rear goods frame. Fixing pins are oppositely arranged at the lower ends of the front vertical pipes of the left and right sides in a penetrating mode and penetrate through locking holes in a locking plate, and the locking plate is fixed to the bottom of the front end of the decoration rear goods frame or a motorcycle frame.
