Abstract

The preheating device is used for preheating the engine oil of an extended-range device when the extended-range device is not started and comprises a motor cooling circular device and an oil sump water jacket, wherein the motor cooling circular device is used for cooling working temperatures of a motor and a motor controller by using cooling liquid and providing heat energy required by preheating for the engine oil of the extended-range device; the oil sump water jacket is arranged at the extended-range device and connected in the motor cooling circular device to form a closed circulating loop; the engine oil of the extended-range device which is not started is preheated in a heat exchange mode. According to the preheating device disclosed by the invention, after heat and waste heat which are generated by work of the motor controller and the motor are absorbed by the flowing cooling liquid in the heat exchange mode and used for preheating the extended-range device which is not started; on one hand, the working temperatures of the motor and the motor controller are cooled, and on the other hand, the engine oil of the extended-range device is preheated under the condition of not using extra electric energy.
