The preliminary adjustment vertical device comprises a base, a vertical adjustment mechanism, a horizontal adjustment mechanism, a two-dimensional plane adjustment mechanism, two gradienters and reflection lenses, wherein the vertical adjustment mechanism is fixed on the base to regulate vertical direction height; the horizontal adjustment mechanism is connected with the movable end of the vertical adjustment mechanism to regulate horizontal direction length; the two-dimensional plane adjustment mechanism is connected with the movable end of the horizontal adjustment mechanism to regulate the level of a plane; the two gradienters are horizontally fixed on the two-dimensional plane adjustment mechanism and are mutually vertical; the reflection lenses are arranged on the two-dimensional plane adjustment mechanism. The height of the vertical adjustment mechanism and the length of the horizontal adjustment mechanism are adjusted, so that the reflection lenses are positioned on an emission laser light path to reflect emission laser, the two-dimensional plane adjustment mechanism is adjusted by referring to the gradienters, and therefore, the reflection lenses are positioned on a horizontal position.
