The method comprises the steps of sampling signals in a monitoring channel by a current sensing user, thereby obtaining sampling signals; obtaining detection statistic quantity according to all sampling point signals in the sampling signals and carrying out estimation to obtain distribution of noise power of the current sensing user according to all sampling point signals in the sampling signals; obtaining an accumulated distribution function of the distribution of the noise power of the current sensing user according to the distribution of the noise power of the current sensing user; on the basis of the Bayes criterion and the energy detection method, calculating a judgment threshold according to the accumulated distribution function under the condition that a target false alarm probability is set; and finally, judging whether an authorized user signal exists in the monitoring channel or not by comparing the detection statistic quantity with the judgment threshold.
