The method comprises the steps of obtaining the communication sampling measurement data of an LTE network, wherein the communication sampling measurement data comprises the communication characteristic values of a plurality of sampling points; based on the communication characteristic value of each sampling point, utilizing a positioning algorithm and/or field intensity positioning algorithm of a tracking area (TA) and an angle-of-arrival (AoA) to determine the coordinate information of each sampling point; projecting each sampling point to the corresponding grid in a grid area based on the coordinate information; based on the communication characteristic value of the corresponding sampling point in each grid, determining the coverage quality of each grid; based on the coverage quality of each grid, determining the coverage quality of the LTE network.
