The device comprises a software package differential updating assembly, a server and a management assembly, the intelligent equipment, a car master control and vehicle-mounted equipment. The software package differential updating assembly utilizes a differential updating mode to generate an updating package for car equipment software and upload after integration and encryption. The server and the management assembly are used for receiving the updating package uploaded by the software package differential updating assembly and make integral management. The intelligent equipment is in communication with the server and the management assembly to download the updating package and send the updating package to the car master control. The car master control is used for receiving the updating package and decrypting, dismantling and updating through the communication between an equipment interface of the car master control and the intelligent equipment and also for communication and updating through a car information interface and the vehicle-mounted equipment. The vehicle-mounted equipment is used for updating and upgrading software corresponding to equipment by obtaining the updating package from the car master control. Compared with the prior art, the device for upgrading car software according to the intelligent equipment has the following advantages: cost is reduced; the device is convenient and easy; time is quick; the flow rate is small; and complete updating is achieved.
