The invention discloses an information processing method, apparatus and system used for asynchronous multi-channel processing. The method comprises the steps of receiving task information asynchronously sent by a client and returning response information to the client, wherein the task information comprises multiple pieces of sub-task information; processing the sub-task information by utilizing a plurality of working processes in a process pool; and asynchronously sending a processing result notification to the client. According to the information processing method, apparatus and system, the working processes in the process pool are used to process the task information comprising the sub-task information and sent by the client, so that asynchronous multi-channel processing of the task information of the client is realized, and the problem of low processing efficiency caused by single asynchronous process processing is avoided; and, the client finishes the task after receiving the response information and does not need to wait for a processing result, so that the task information processing efficiency is improved.
