A flow jetting channel extending along the axis of the input shaft is formed in the flow jetting disc; a jetting port of one end of the flow jetting channel faces gears of the speed increasing gear set, and an inlet of the other end of the flow jetting channel communicates with a pumping device; an oil receiving disc is arranged on the lower side of a gear cavity and used for receiving lubricating oil flowing from the speed increasing gear set; and an oil outlet is formed in the oil receiving disc. In the spindle speed increaser, the pumping device continuously sprays the high-pressure lubricating oil to the gears, so that the gears are covered with enough lubricating oil; and the high-pressure lubricating oil can wash away original lubricating oil through the punching force, so that more new lubricating oil is attached to the gears.
