The cost-based micro-grid optimization control method comprises the steps of performing prediction on inner load end load of the micro-grid and positive and negative load curves of energy storage equipment and a distributed power supply; then establishing an electricity price curve of an external power grid, establishing a charging-discharging cost function of the energy storage equipment and a power generation cost function of the distributed power supply, and establishing a demand response cost function; by taking the minimum of the regulation and control cost and stability of the external power grid electricity purchasing curve as constraint conditions, generating an optimization strategy scheme; and finally performing real-time optimization on output curves of the energy storage equipment and the distributed power supply in the micro-grid, regulating on the load end load, and balancing on the load curve of the micro-grid. By calculation of various kinds of regulation and control power generation costs, reasonable power allocation based on the regulation and control costs is realized, and economical system operation of the micro-grid is realized.
