The novel self-service nursing bed comprises a bed body, a urinal and a driving mechanism, wherein a sliding plate is arranged at the upper side of the bed body, the bottom of the sliding plate is installed on a track of the surface of a bed board in a matched mode through pulleys, a backing plate is hinged to the rear end of the sliding plate through a pin shaft, a driving rod is arranged at the position, located at the hinge portion, of the backing plate, and the driving rod is hinged to the driving end of a main driving mechanism fixed at the bottom of the bed body; a through hole is formed in the middle of the bed body, and a urine leaking hole is formed in the sliding plate; the urinal is connected to the bottom of the sliding plate, and an upper opening of the urinal is located under the leaking hole. After the sliding plate moves backwards, the urine leaking hole located in the sliding plate can correspond to the through hole in the bed board.
