Embodiments of the invention disclose a method and device for transferring a network call to a mobile communication terminal. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiments of the invention, the method comprises: after acquiring a transferring operation of a user at a client, acquiring a pre-stored transferring target number, and transmitting the transferring target number to a server end; by the server end, calling a mobile communication terminal corresponding to the transferring target number through a telephone gateway; after getting through the mobile communication terminal, transmitting voice data of an opposite side received through the internet from the client to the server end; by the server end, converting the voice data into analog voice through the telephone gateway and transmitting the analog voice to a public telephone network; and by the public telephone network, transmitting the analog voice to the mobile communication terminal, thereby completing transferring of the call from the client to the mobile communication terminal.
